Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies and açaí bowls quickly and accurately
- Actively engage customers by offering free samples outside the store
- Invite guests into the store and promote featured items
- Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons to increase sales
- Provide friendly, confident customer service
- Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Support the team during peak hours
Requirements
- Sales-minded, outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and talking to customers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food service experience a plus, but not required
