Planned Parenthood Great Plains (PPGP) seeks a full-time Health Center Manager for this 21st century health care provider and advocacy organization dedicated to upholding the standard for providing high quality sexual and reproductive health care, providing education that promotes informed proud and authentic sexuality, and changing the culture through proactive advocacy to ensure equality in reproductive and sexual decision making.
The Health Center Manager works collaboratively with the Nurse Practitioner and Director of Health Center Operations to achieve high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity. The Health Center Manager assures the success of the agency through effective management of personnel, budgets and information systems. The Health Center Manager manages and supervises clinic operations, achieving high patient satisfaction and clinic productivity and assuring compliance with policies and procedures. The Health Center Manager ensures accurate and timely billing of patients and collections; understands basic principles of managed care contracts; compiles financial data and other statistical reports required by guidelines or requested by management. The Health Center Manager is responsible for daily reconciling, cash handling and bank deposits.
For the protection of patients, team members and all who enter our facilities, PPGP has made the decision to require COVID-19 vaccination for all team members, unless granted medical or religious exemption, as a condition of employment.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this and other administrative positions at PPGP are working remotely, when possible. Occasional time in the office may be required for necessary tasks. Returning to the office on a regular basis is evaluated monthly based on public health trends. Masks, temperature checks, social distancing, and signing-in are required when working on-site.
