Position Summary: Planned Parenthood of Southern has an opening for a Full Time (37.5 Hours Per Week) Health Center Manager III to work out of our Providence, RI Health Center.
Job Responsibilities:
· Creates a high-functioning team that is well-positioned to handle the daily customer service and operational needs of the health center
· Identifies and seeks opportunities to grow the health center – manages the center’s business and administrative functions
· Serves as a leader both in the health center and the agency
· Facilitates processes to create effective systems
· Ensures that the health center is in compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
· Ensures a visible presence in the community
Job Qualifications:
· Solution-oriented; positive, optimistic, confident can-do attitude
· Ability to embrace a fast paced and dynamic environment where daily responsibilities could change frequently
· Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with diplomacy and tact
· Must be comfortable when discussing sexuality, contraception, sexually transmitted diseases and pregnancy options
· Must have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
· Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and have a reliable form of transportation
· Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
· Must have high school diploma or equivalent
· Interest in expanding your knowledge about the role that racial inequity plays in our society, and are committed to building and/or deepening your commitment to racial equity in your work
· Demonstrated understanding of the role that racial inequity plays in our society and its impact on healthcare systems and institutions

· Has demonstrated an ability to effectively work across difference

This position’s salary range is $50,544 - $63,190 and is based on full years of experience.
