Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assemblies in an ISO-6 cleanroom laboratory.
- Maintain and ensure ISO-6 cleanliness standards through following posted procedures and following 5S principles.
- Ensure traceability is maintained throughout assembly work by collecting and logging data.
- Assist with cleanroom analysis and various testing procedures.
- Follow, maintain, and ensure accuracy of standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Collaborates with other departments (domestic and international) to ensure success of customer projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects for both cleanrooms (ISO-8 and ISO-6).
- Participate in quality objectives, safety programs, preventative maintenance, and various trainings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 0-3 years of work experience in a manufacturing space. Previous cleanroom experience not required, but it is desirable.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to stand for an extended period of time.
- Ability to comprehend mechanical and assembly blueprints.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents.
- Proficiency in MS Office Environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to be exposure to cleanroom conditions, wearing cleanroom garments and various personal protective items depending on activities.
- Strong interpersonal soft skills, including but not limited to time management, adaptability, the ability to cooperate with all levels of the organization. Willingness to learn and to be a team player is a must.
