Position Title: Project Administrator
Reports To: Project Administrator Manager
Status: Non-Exempt
Location: San Francisco
Required Experience: 3 years
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
Purpose of the Position:
The Project Administrator has a key role in the administration department and is responsible for providing support to construction and project managers by handling paperwork associated with projects as assigned accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Editing, proofreading, and finalizing documents
- Setting up and maintaining all files for assigned projects
- Processing purchase orders
- Handling and processing of closeout O&M manuals
- Handling miscellaneous tasks and projects
- Attend monthly department meetings at the main office
- Coverage of front desk and switchboard as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
- At least 3 years of prior work experience in the construction industry, engineering, architecture, or related business fields preferred
- Accurate typing 60-65 WPM minimum
- Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Procore, Sage Timberline software, FTP sites and DocuSign preferred
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work within established policies, procedures, and examples
- Ability to work under pressure with a variety of different personality types
- Reliability, dependability, and flexibility a must
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
