Warranty Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified Warranty Manager with experience to join our team. You will play a crucial role overseeing the warranty process for a Plantation Boat Mart & Marina, including managing claims, analyzing data, and improving the warranty program.

The Warranty Manager is responsible for providing customer service, managing and tracking warranties, monitoring and evaluating warranty claims, and working with suppliers and vendors to resolve warranty issues.

Duties

• Ensures warranty claims are created with Warranty Coordinator, follows up on submitted warranties to ensure payment was received.
• Manage claims: Process warranty claims, including analyzing their accuracy and validity
• Manage data: Maintain warranty databases and analyze warranty data to identify trends
• Improve the warranty program: Identify opportunities to improve the warranty process and make recommendations
• Ensure customer satisfaction: Address customer complaints and issues, and provide training to team members
• Develop policies and procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures related to warranties
• Collaborate with service centers: Work with service centers to resolve warranty issues
• Report to senior management: Provide reports to senior management on warranty trends and other issues

Qualifications

• OEM Marine industry experience desirable
• Ability to manage time effectively and clearly prioritize tasks for self and team in a dynamic and change-oriented environment
• Customer service and computer training
• Experience in warranty management / project management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and multitask
• A team player who is willing to support others and adopt a flexible approach.
• Ability to maintain the very highest levels of attention to details even when under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
