Primary Job Description:
Attentive to our customer needs with a welcoming personality; possesses a team oriented attitude with a desire to see success in themselves and others.
To promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers; preparation of loan files, recording, verifying and examining information and accuracy of loan application; providing management reports as needed. Produce, prepare and process all documentation for new loans, including consumer, commercial, farm loans, home equity lines of credit and extensions and revisions with completeness and high level of accuracy from beginning to end.

Qualifications:Education Required; Experience and Equipment Skills: Resume Required.
High School education or equivalent.
At least one years clerical experience.
High level of Loan Administrator experience is preferred.
Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.
Typing, 10-key Calculator, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Computer skills required including Word and Excel programs.
Demonstrated prioritization and time management skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinking and using logic and reasoning to complete loan paperwork
Great verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Ability to maintain composure and skilled in customer service.
Good time management and organizational skills.
