Our team's passion is both for the products we produce, but more importantly in the service we provide.

Our Customer Success Team is looking for team members who are excited to cultivate the best first impression for our customers thru their naturally approachable demeanor, whether when answering phone calls, chatting with them live, responding to an inquiry or thru emails. The objective of this team is delivering a world-class customer experience while understanding the unique needs each project requires, while building rapport and delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Great potential candidates for this position will possess (or passionately strive to learn) the following skills:

• Collaborative team-oriented approach to customer service.
• Responsive friendly interactions and proactive communication.
• Attention to detail - ability to take good notes, attain important assets such as logo, brand colors, company information, and take accurate job order details.
• Active listening skills to hear each customer's unique needs (time-sensitive project, budget friendly, custom design/product/packaging), and then using this information to effectively propose solutions.
• Is curious, has a growth mindset, and is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching.
• Elevating any and all concerns a customer may have to the Customer Satisfaction Team to promote positive interactions and so our company can continue to improve.
• Enjoys ongoing change and learning new technology/processes.
• Project manages each order thru design proofing, order detail confirmation, billing and shipping to ensure customers' orders are moving as expected to completion.

As you begin developing product knowledge for the products we produce, we anticipate you will share in a more consultative approach to help each business boost revenue, solve problems in their own business, grow their own client base thru the products Plastic Printers produces. Ultimately leading to your own growth within Plastic Printers to Client Engagement and future roles.

To qualify for application of this position you must:

• Reliably work on-site in our MN Location
• Posses the ability to make and receive 50 phone calls a day (desire to speak with customers on the phone a must)
• Previous experience that is useful, but not required: customer service, sales, partnership relations, account management, business consulting.
