Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all cosmetic patients, from initial inquiry to post-operative care.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Develop and present treatment plans and pricing to patients.
- Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care instructions.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Support administrative functions within the office.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is essential.
- Proven experience in a customer service or patient care role (healthcare experience highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
