We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all cosmetic patients, from initial inquiry to post-operative care.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient clinic flow.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Collaborate with physicians to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Develop and present treatment plans and pricing to patients.
  • Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care instructions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships.
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
  • Support administrative functions within the office.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a dental office, medical office, or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is essential.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or patient care role (healthcare experience highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
