Plateau Healthcare is a company that specializes in private duty nursing for complex medical clients on ventilators, traches, feeding tubes and more. We are owned and operated by 2 Registered Nurses with ICU experience and emergency medicine experience who saw a need to assist a specific population of people.

We are looking for RN's to provide daily care for the individuals living in our Group Homes with low Nurse to Client staffing ratios.
We Welcome New Graduates! Paid Training. Get your ICU experience in a more private and individualized setting.
We have 12-hour Fully Awake Shifts 7pm-7am, 2-3 shifts a week plus every other weekend.
Flexible Schedule with set scheduling, once schedule availability has been determined.
Job Type: Full Time and Part Time.
Schedule: Overnights with Rotating Weekends.
Standard Shifts: 12-hour shifts; NOC (7pm-7am) - This is a FULLY AWAKE position. We provide care for critical care patients who need round the clock cares.
Locations: Primarily looking for nurses for our Bloomington location, but we do have additional locations Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove, or Brooklyn Center.
Salary: $38.86 - $44.00
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid MN BON License
- Valid CPR
- Must pass a background check
Experience helpful, but not required:
- Previous Vent/Trach
- Prior home health care
