Elite Platinum Personal Trainer Expectations
-Have a deep understanding of training principles and demonstrate the practical and effective application of those principles over time through training and coaching methods.
-Be proficient in the full scope of designing, coaching, and facilitating comprehensive programs for their clients to ensure optimal results with minimal risk..
-Foster and nurture relationships with clients in order to effectively hold them accountable for their commitment and success through effective and continual communication, goal setting, and progress tracking.
-Have a proven track record of client success and retention.
-Take pride in being a leader in the gym for their clients and their fellow trainers by exhibiting high levels of professionalism and care for their clients and fellow trainers.
-Able to be autonomous in client programing, management, relations
-Participate in monthly and quarterly team workshops
-Potentially advise lower level trainers through shadowing or active mentoring*
Elite Platinum Personal Trainer Compensation
- $15-$25/hour based on experience and value contribution bonuses
- Quarterly Retention Bonus Program allows you to earn up to 20% bonus on quarterly earnings based on retention performance (opportunity for equivalent of $18-28/hour)
