**Quality Control Inspector – Maple Grove, MN **
**Shift: **1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:45 am – 4:00 pm; Friday, 6:45 am – 12:00 pm
Pay: $25 - $35 per hour
**Job Summary: **The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for operating and maintaining quality control inspection equipment, ensuring parts meet specifications, and performing inspections both during production and final acceptance. The role also includes training operators on proper use of inspection tools.
**Responsibilities: **
Inspect parts for conformance to customer specifications using CMM, Optical Comparator, and standard inspection equipment
Perform in-process, setup, and final inspections
Conduct rounds throughout the shop and inspect parts before they ship
Train operators on how to use measuring instruments for accurate part inspections
**Qualifications: **
Minimum of 5 years of experience with CMM and other inspection equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret design blueprints
Good interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications: **
Experience with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Associate's degree in related field
