We are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner with a strong sales background preferably in the medical billing/healthcare Industry to help drive growth and generate new business opportunities.
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Partner, you will utilize your sales expertise and established network within the healthcare and medical billing sectors to generate leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients. This position is critical in expanding the company’s customer base and market presence, requiring a strategic approach to sales, strong relationship management skills, and in-depth knowledge of the medical billing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, engage, and convert Leads in the medical billing space into clients, focusing on healthcare providers, hospitals, and private practices.
- Develop and execute a lead-generation strategy targeting key decision-makers such as Physicians, Practice Managers, and Healthcare administrators.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and trust throughout the sales process.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities within the medical billing industry.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations and sales teams to create tailored messaging, compelling content, support sales closures and to ensure delivery of high levels of service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in closing sales and lead generation within the healthcare or medical billing industry.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, systems, and regulations.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Experience attending industry events and networking to promote services and establish professional connections.
