Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate seamless wellsite operations, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
- Safely guide drivers and prevent sand contamination during offloading by ensuring proper handling, monitoring, and adherence to procedures.
- Exercise vigilance and meticulous attention to detail to prevent any accidents on-site and prioritizing safety above all else.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to avoid discrepancies in total load requirements, ensuring all data is organized and consistently verified.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication with clients, company men etc., on-site and via phone, addressing requests promptly and professionally.
- Uphold pad organization and site safety standards, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment. SAFETY IS A MUST!
- Communicate continuously with the operations team through calls, texts, and emails to ensure alignment.
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service with all personnel, including drivers, to maintain a secure worksite at all times.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory reliable transportation
- Minimum 1 year of sand coordinating experience
- Tech-savvy with strong email communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
** Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pneumatic systems
- Experience with sandbox operations
- Proficiency in handling bottom-drop equipment
- Forklift Operator experience
