Opportunity: We are currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to work directly with a Wealth Management Advisor in our Toledo, OH office location. The position will be for 12 - 20 hours per week to begin, and is flexible depending on the candidate’s availability. Exact days/hours are also flexible.
Objective: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Management Advisor in their day-to-day operations. Working knowledge of a PC computer is a must.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Assist with Advisor’s day-to-day operations
· Answer and make phone calls
· Organize and schedule appointments
· Meeting preparation
· Gather documentation for client review meetings
· Complete Application forms
· Maintain compliant files
· Update Client Relationship Management system
Qualifications:
Required:
· Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize
· Must be technology savvy
· Dedicated to customer service
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
· Ability to learn other software programs
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Positive attitude
· Strong communication skills
Preferred:
· Experience in the financial services industry – preferred
· Experience dealing with clients
· Experience with any Client Relationship Management tool
· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Compensation: $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience.
