JOB SUMMARY:
Support the deposit operations team and act as a resource on IRA and HSA accounts.
1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
a. Act as a company resource for IRA and HSA accounts.
b. Work in conjunction with bank representatives as well as customers on IRA and HSA accounts and transactions.
c. Train bank representatives as necessary.
d. Be knowledgeable on all business accounts and act as a resource for associates.
e. Review All IRA/HSA Transactions completed on a regular basis.
f. Review Personal Banker work on a regular basis.
g. Lead all year end reporting for IRA and HSA accounts.
h. Back-Up Deposit Operations Manager as needed.
i. Assist in special projects in the operations department.
j. Participate in phone call queue and chat feature.
2. COMPLIANCE:
a. Maintain audit, security, compliance and regulatory standards.
b. Implement any IRA/HSA Regulatory Changes
c. Keep informed of changes in general, banking services, procedures, and in the economy as well.
3. MISCELLANEOUS OTHER DUTIES:
a. Assist with company functions when possible.
b. Fill in for other departments and/or companies when high volume creates a need if it works within the department/company schedule.
c. Assume other duties and responsibilities as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Effective oral and written communication skills (including telephone).
3. Banking experience required, IRA/HSA and Personal Banker experience preferred.
4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills
5. Demonstrate aptitude to handle sensitive operational transactions and customer relationships.
6. Strong math skills.
7. Professional experience.
8. Self-sufficient/self-starting.
9. CRT/PC experience required.
10. Must be capable of working with and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
11. Must possess skills to maintain harmonious working relationships with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
Physical Requirements:
Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, grasping, repetitive motions, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, thinking, concentrating and interacting with others.

In-House Training Requirements:
Continue on-going training for department operations, policies and procedures.
Normal working days are Monday through Friday~40 hour work week. However, work on some Saturdays, Sunday or holidays may be required by your supervisor.
