What are the responsibilities and job description for the Speech Language Pathologist position at Play & Thrive Speech Therapy?

Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is looking for an energetic and fun-loving Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. We are passionate about developing speech and language skills through play, as well as empowering families to continue that growth across all environments.

This is a hybrid position, with in-person services provided in the Arnold office and teletherapy provided via a dedicated platform. The schedule is highly flexible, clinicians are encouraged to schedule sessions according to their needs. The position will start with 20 guaranteed hours per week, with the option to grow to a full caseload if desired.

Pay is hourly, with time given for documentation and occasional administrative staff. Estimated annual salary for a full-time position is $72,500 - $77,500, depending on experience. Actual salary will depend on a candidate's desired hours.

The ideal candidate has experience with pediatric patients and is passionate about building relationships with families. Conversational (or better!) Spanish is a huge plus. Employees will be given the opportunity to take Hanen training courses.

Qualifications

  • Valid MD license in Speech-Language Pathology (CF accepted)
  • Experience with both pediatrics and teletherapy
  • Conversational Spanish proficiency a plus
