Playspace Associates play an essential role at Playday. Above all, the job of the Playspace Associate is to interact positively with clients and attend to their needs. A successful Playspace Associate is self-motivated, friendly, detail-oriented and thorough.
Role:
The Playspace & Events Associate role is a part-time position that includes:
- Greet and check in guests as they enter, and interact positively with clients throughout their visit
- Process payments
- Answer questions and provide information to customers about Playday pricing, services and events
- Clean and maintain the play space, cafe, and bathrooms, and maintain desk duties throughout shift
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Check and restock any necessary inventory (bathroom, cafe, janitorial, etc.)
- Assist with setup and cleanup for birthday parties and events, manage client safety and attend to host's needs during event rentals
