Summary: The Marketing Events Coordinator plays a critical role in executing nuCamp’s marketing initiatives, including trade shows, rally coordination, and event planning. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure seamless event execution and effective digital engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included, but are not limited to):
Event & Tradeshow Management
· Develop and execute marketing event plans while managing associated costs.
· Serve as the primary contact for events, handling all logistics and communications.
· Complete paperwork and coordinate planning for setup, execution, and teardown.
· Arrange logistical requirements, including electrical, cleaning, staging, show services, catering, and rental needs.
· Work with team members attending events to provide essential details, talking points, and coordinate hotel reservations.
· Schedule and allocate units for events, trade shows, and photo/video shoots.
· Evaluate event performance by gathering feedback, tracking attendance, and reporting key takeaways to improve future events.
New Model Year
· Coordinate each product for Studio photos, Flyover & Walk through videos. (includes getting tubs and spare tires mounted and unit interior and exterior cleaned)
· Work with team members for return and cleaning of the units
· Reserve locations for date /time of shoot (Celuch / SC)
· Coordinate individual to drop off and pick up the units at location.
Branding & Promotional Materials
· Coordinate the ordering and distribution of nuCamp-branded apparel.
· Order, organize and manage rally and Dealer giveaways, including T-shirts, VIP passes, and swag requests in collaboration with sales and event organizers.
· Develop and maintain an organized system for tracking promotional inventory and distribution.
Digital & Social Media Support
· Input and maintain events and RV shows on the website and Facebook calendar.
· Assist with content creation, brainstorming post, event promotion, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Education and/or Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
· One to three years’ related experience.
· Equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Must be willing to travel 10 times per year for events, meetings, or rallies.
· Ability to make sound decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
