Middle & High School Principal

Job Overview:
Seeking a highly qualified and experienced Middle and High School Principal to join our dynamic
educational community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education,
excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring students receive a high-quality education.
Education and Experience:
- Master’s in Education preferred with School Administrator license. PhD or Ed.S or Ed.D
recommended.
- Proven experience as a School Principal or in a senior leadership role within an educational
setting. At least 5 years school leadership experience preferred.
- A strong background in education with a School Administrator license. PhD or Ed.S or Ed.D
recommended.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, parents, and staff.
- Experience with curriculum development and classroom instruction.
- Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting and strategic planning.

Primary responsibilities:
1) Lead M&H school level instructional designs and programs
- Review and work on the improvement of the M&H school curriculum and scope and
sequence to ensure students are provided with a rigorous course of study that develops
their critical thinking skills and content knowledge.
- Observe, provide regular feedback, and evaluate all M&H school teachers.
- Provide M&H school teachers with training, guidance and professional development as
necessary.
- Ensure that the individual needs of students are being met through appropriate
interventions and strategies.
2) Promote a positive school culture
- Enforce disciplinary policies and procedures as needed at the M&H school to ensure that
a positive school culture exists for all M&H school students.
- Ensure that teachers utilize age-appropriate disciplinary methods with their students.
- Acts as an intermediary between parents, teachers, and students to deal with any needs
or issues that arise.
- Work to ensure that all M&H school students have a positive experience at school.
- Identify students with learning challenges and work with parents to develop specific
learning plan
3) Develop M&H school level programs
- Oversee M&H school level schedules and routines to ensure that students are provided
with a professionally run academic program in an efficient manner that includes
age-appropriate time for lunch, break, Salat, and other non-academic pursuits.
- Oversee the organization and implementation of periodic activities, events and programs
for M&H school students that keep students engaged and motivated.
- Develop M&H school level after school programs that are enriching and engaging and
provide students the opportunity to develop their academic, athletic, religious and other
interests and passions in ways that are conducive to the school’s mission and vision.
4) Manage personnel operations
- Ensure that teachers are timely, regularly sign-in and sign-out, maintain appropriate
attendance records for their students and abide by all other school rules and procedures.
- Ensure that teachers abide by the school dress code and present themselves in a
professional manner when dealing with students, parents, and others.
- Ensure that teachers abide by the Staff Handbook and school policies.
- Ensure that teachers keep their classrooms neat and well-organized.
5) Communicate with school community
- Ensure that all teachers and the school are communicating school and classroom
information to parents in a manner that keeps all parents well-informed and engaged
with school academic and extra-curricular programs and activities.
- Oversee the M&H school newsletter to ensure it reports on school activities in a timely
manner, is well-written, and positively promotes PVS.
- Oversee the development of the M&H school website and social media content to
ensure that they include timely and relevant material.
- Frequently assesses shared ownership by seeking feedback and input from members of the
school community
Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
