Sales Consultant – Wellness Products (Saunas, Hot Tubs, Pools, Cold Plunges)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our wellness sales team. This role focuses on helping customers select premium wellness products including saunas, hot tubs, swimming pools, swim spas, and cold plunges. Sales experience is helpful but not required — we are happy to train the right person who brings strong communication skills and a passion for wellness.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting wellness products that fit their needs and lifestyle
• Provide product knowledge and education in a consultative, non-pushy manner
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Follow up with customer inquiries and leads
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom presence
• Work weekends to accommodate customer demand
• Meet individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service–oriented mindset
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Reliable, motivated, and professional
• Comfortable working with high-value products

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary plus commission
• Expected annual earnings between $65,000 and $120,000
• 401(k) with employer match
