Recovery Analyst

Plexos Group is seeking an experienced Program Consultant to join our team as a Recovery Analyst. This role supports multiple disaster recovery programs and is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Recovery Analyst will assist the Deputy Program Manager with staff tracking, data analytics, budget tracking, client reporting, and other essential tasks to ensure the successful execution of program efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement data analytics for programmatic functions, including FEMA Public Assistance, Mitigation, and Reimbursement, to support consolidated information tracking and data management.
• Manage and consolidate multiple trackers and spreadsheets to deliver quantitative results to the client.
• Coordinate information and communications with deployed staff to maintain accurate tracking of activities and assignments.
• Provide clients with access to necessary data, files, and information.
• Assist clients in setting up the system of record for active PA and Mitigation programs.
• Collaborate with the reimbursement team to aggregate data for client reporting.
• Organize and support meetings, including preparing materials and taking thorough notes.
• Perform tasks related to organization and communication to support the team.
• Answer questions and manage information to streamline communications.
• Develop internal and client-facing deliverables and reports, both regularly and as needed.
• Maintain accurate contact and organization lists.
• Generate finance packages required for grant drawdowns.
• Work with the DHSEM Grants and Finance Bureaus to finalize packages for FEMA submission.
• Support budget tracking and reporting to ensure consistent and accurate program outputs.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly finance reports and other regular reporting as needed.
• Perform additional data analytics, deliverable development, coordination, and reporting functions as required.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
