Position: Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 with additional OT and Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients
- Act as a witness during document signing, as needed
- Prepare outgoing mail (i.e., labels, FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Receive and distribute mail
- Deliver documents to courthouse and post office, as needed
- Assist with scanning and recordkeeping, both electronic and paper
- Assist with file and records management, as needed
- Administrative support (i.e., prepare client correspondence, documents), as needed
- Manage logistics of meetings and office functions (i.e., order food, set-up, clean-up)
- Responsible for inventory, including stocking and ordering office supplies
- Act as Lead for all facility needs and communication
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience providing legal support, office support, or admin support at a law firm.
- Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
