What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Plus Imaging?
This is a Saturday only position that can turn into a part or full-time position based on performance. Busy radiology facility performing MRIs, X-rays, CTs, etc. is looking for a medical receptionist that is highly productive, organized, and efficient. Previous radiology scheduling experience preferred, but not necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent high volume phone skills
- Excellent customer service skills (e.g., responds promptly to all emails, can manage multiple calls, etc.)
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Learns quickly and is a problem solver
- Highly proficient at working on the computer (e.g., sending emails, using shortcuts, using software, type at least 45 WPM, use two monitors and split screens, etc.)
- Ability to multi-task on the phone and computer
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written (e.g., has good grammar)
- Works very efficiently, is always thinking ahead, and looking to get work done
- Friendly, positive, and energetic personality - you can talk to anyone!
- Care deeply about each patient’s and client’s experience
- Professional, responsible, and reliable
- Can take direction, be managed, and execute
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
