Field Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
PLUS X is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting PLUS X Energy Drink through various marketing initiatives, engaging directly with potential customers, and enhancing brand visibility in the field. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, conduct product demonstrations, and represent our company at events( Local gyms, Regional and National trade shows). The candidate will start off as an independent contractor (1099) but with the objective of becoming a full time paid team member.

Duties

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products in designated areas.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
• Participate in event marketing activities, including trade shows, community events, and promotional campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
• Utilize public speaking skills to present information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation and conversion.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences and competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Experience in sales or event marketing is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to engage customers effectively through public speaking and product demonstrations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for marketing and promoting products effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
