Service- District Manager
The role
The District Manager at Plymate manages a team of up to 5 route service representatives. The role is essential to representative development and success and key in developing and maintaining relationships with Plymate customers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience managing a team of up to five direct reports
- Customer service and sales experience in a business to business or route related industry
- Some college preferred
- Clean driving record/ability to run a route as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain DOT certification/Chauffer’s license endorsement
- Willingness to work in a hands-on management capacity
- Good communication skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Day to day management of up to five service representatives, including scheduling, training and development, safety initiatives, recruiting and running a route as needed
- Maintain and exceed personal and departmental goals
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Assist service representatives in meeting and exceeding goals related to route growth and contract renewal
- Train and develop direct reports
Compensation
Plymate offers a strong compensation plan including a competitive base salary, commission, bonus opportunities, cell phone, corporate apparel allowance, Paid time off, 401k match as well as health, dental, and vision plans.
First year potential could be up to $60k to $65k (this includes base salary range of $55-$60k, plus performance and bonus renewal compensation potential of up to $10k annually). Earning potential increases year over year.
