Responsibilities:
- Monitor file space
- Run reports
- Reconnect Imaging equipment
- Troubleshoot imaging problems
- Turn on Public Access computers and terminals in the morning and clean display screens when needed.
- Oversee print jobs done on computer room system printers
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist ISA with maintenance of Windows network-including us o Virus protection, Internet access
- Assist with all ISA functions.
- Serve as a back-up system administrator and / or archive coordinator
- Update website using Word Press
Required Skills:
- Two years of practical work experience in the support of a 100 seat minimum local area network, with hands on experience in the administration of Windows 200X based servers running the Microsoft SQL Server 200x DBMS in a .NET environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and the usage of Crystal Reports are desirable.
- Knowledge of all Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications is essential.
- Experience with hardware configurations, including personal computers, printers and Windows servers.
- Knowledge of application software distribution is a must.
- Desktop application support is a requirement of the position.
- Familiarity with network security protocols and defenses is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CISCO routers and communication protocols is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and browser-based applications is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with clients and experience in Microsoft Terminal Server or Citrix XenApp server is very desirable.
- Knowledge of data replication, backup and disaster recovery methods is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry records filing process is a plus.
- Superior ability to concentrate, stay focused, and pay attention to detail
- Ability to deal politely with staff, public and off-site Registry users.

Education:
- High school diploma required
- College Graduate preferred
