Plymouth Veterinary Clinic, LLC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative.
Our clinic building boasts 7000 square feet with an intense focus on patient comfort and client convenience. The practice has been around since 1955 and our services have grown with the times. We aim to provide a genuine atmosphere for both our clients and our employees.
PVC is a small animal veterinary clinic that focuses on building better lives for pets and the people who love them. We have all the bells and whistles that you are looking for: in-house Zoetis lab equipment, full surgical suite with two surgery tables, electro-cautery and stryker orthopedic equipment, an oxygen cage, digital radiographs including dental radiographs, a dental suite, a separate comfort room to accommodate euthanasias, and 8 exam rooms.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer information.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and computer skills to document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Additional languages such as Spanish considered a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
