Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent at PM Construction
Services. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day
activities and managing construction projects. They should be able to pick up tools
when required as well as determine and address any risk areas to maintain the safety
of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project
milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for
completion. Key tasks include supervising contractors, ensuring compliance with
quality control and construction safety standards, and managing project budgets. The
Project Superintendent will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed
successfully and meet the client's deadlines and expectations.

Additional Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operation of construction projects
Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed, OSHA, client
company and industry safety standards Communicate project progress with clients and project managers Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
Assist in determining cost, proposals, takeoffs, pre-bid conferences,
walk thru, pre-construction estimates, Interpreting plans, specifications, bid documents, developing schedules
Assist in the preparation of all RFIs and Change Estimates, Submittals, maintain
job site daily logs, progress reports. The incumbent must maintain a good working relationship with subcontractors and ensure proper coverage for projects

Qualifications
Min of 5 years Supervisory Skills, including managing and leading construction teams
Hands on trade experience A , take initiative, follow procedures,
work well under pressure
Experience in Commercial Construction projects, healthcare environment A
Knowledge of Quality Control processes and familiarity with construction
standards and procedures
Familiarity with Construction Safety regulations and practices
Strong budgeting and cost management skills, ability to read and interpret construction documents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, reliable, professional, must maintain quality control,
organization and follow up
Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or
related field A
