Responsible to train, schedule, communicate, manage, and retain PMI
Entertainment Group\'s Lambeau Field and Resch Complex volunteer groups.
Retains and updates all documentation necessary for a successful
volunteer group contracted partnership. This position is integral to the
continued, successful partnership with the Green Bay Packers.
Coordinates Company plans and directives to be a liaison with clients,
patrons, employees, and the public. Must be able to work all
PMI-contracted Lambeau Field events. Job Duties: Demonstrates and
embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service
values. Delivers all facets of recruiting volunteer groups through the
development of local and regional recruiting plans, employing
traditional sourcing strategies, as well as developing new, creative
recruiting ideas. Canvasses potential new volunteer groups through the
means of cold calling, e-mail, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Networks through
industry contacts, association memberships, school organizations, trade
groups, and staff members to source volunteer groups. Interviews new
group leaders to ensure they understand volunteer group procedures,
level of commitment, qualifications of the organization, and ability to
provide the qualified volunteers required. Plans and programs policies
and procedures to deliver the highest level of volunteer group morale,
safety and service, appearance, and performance. Supervises all stadium
and venue volunteer group activities and payments. Collecting,
verifying, and filing all required documentation to include 501(c) 3
statuses, applications, contracts, proof of insurance, and minor
addendums, for each group as required. Maintains accurate recordkeeping
and filing information of all documents. Manages the volunteer groups
both during event and post-event day operations. Conduct regular
conversations with group leaders to ensure scheduling requirements are
being met as events get closer. Maintains knowledge of stadium layout
and location of exits, first aid rooms, ticket office, seating areas,
ADA Sections, and lost and found. Responsible for following, observing,
and participating in all company related safety programs, procedures,
and training as well as reporting potentially unsafe conditions.
Maintains a neat, clean appearance and courteous communication with
business contacts and public. Assist other PMI Departments by scheduling
and communicating with community volunteer groups for the purpose of
helping to staff busy Resch Center events. Assist in filling the
staffing needs of other PMI Entertainment departments by recruiting
volunteer groups to work in Resch Center Food and Beverage and
Operations departments. Running Social Media campaign on different
platforms, for the purpose of recruitment and public relations. Performs
All Other Duties As Requested.Qualifications Knowledge, Skills And
Abilities Required: Requires a level of general education normally
acquired through the completion of an associate degree in marketing,
business, human resources, or related field or job experience.
Approximately two to three years\' related experience in a fast-paced
customer service, human resources recruiter, sales, or marketing
Position Is Required. Proven Interpersonal And Customer Service Skills
necessary to promptly answer and resolve questions in a professional
manner with patrons, employees, and volunteers as well as maintain open
channels of communication with the client. Must be tactful and
discretionary in all matters involving stadium and parking operations.
Analytical ability necessary to determine the appropriate course of
action when resolving staffing issues, customer concerns, addressing
safety issues, handling pressure a d negative situations. Interpersonal
skills to include the ability to be enthusiastic and responsive to
staff, patron, and volunteer needs always and portray a positive image
of the Company. Must be able to lead, train and motivate. Must have
proven written, verbal, and oral communication skills. Analytical skills
necessary to determine appropriate staffing levels and payouts to
groups. Ability to pay close attention to details and accuracy when
completing documentation and performing file maintenance. Must be detail
oriented and be able to multi-task as their workload will include
multiple projects. Required to participate in crowd control, customer
service, guest services, alcohol management and emergency procedures
training. Requires strong interpersonal skills to build relationships
and communicate effectively. Ability to work a flexible schedule
reflective of the events industry to include nights, weekends, or
holidays. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with
internal and external clients. Other Expectations: Requires prolonged
standing and/or walking for entire shift of 1216 hours. Requires normal
range of hearing to communicate with patrons and employees. Requires
range of vision correctable to 20/20. Must be able to frequently climb
and descend steps. Occasionally may have to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Frequent exposure to large crowds, loud noise and extreme weather
conditions, heat and cold. Includes evening, weekend, and holiday
shifts. Works outside in a stadium environment and is continually
exposed to weather conditions and extreme temperatures. Must be
available to work all PMI-contracted Lambeau Field events. Ability to
give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare
written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Requires
public contact and excellent interpersonal skills. Must have a good
understanding of and ability to effectively communicate with people.
Must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with daily workload
and a variety of people. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual
dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and standard office
