Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team of Project Managers in a banking environment, supporting BTI Portfolio/Project Management. We are seeking a skilled individual with deep PM experience to collaborate on projects, drive large-scale initiatives, manage stakeholders and vendors, and ensure financial management excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Agile methodologies for project management
- Conduct gap analysis and implement solutions
- Manage financial aspects including budget forecasting and cost planning
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Implement SDLC processes effectively
- Handle risk and issue management efficiently
- Prioritize tasks to meet project goals
- Work on projects with budgets of a million or higher
Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile project management
- Strong ability to drive large-scale projects successfully
- Experience in gap analysis and financial management
- Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Knowledge of SDLC processes and risk/issue management
- Excellent prioritization skills
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of overall experience required
- PMP certification is a plus
- Agile Certification is preferred
