MAIN FUNCTION:
Provide customer service to clients, including product qualification, price quotes, order entry and production planning to support backlog.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Two years related experience
- Skilled in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare cost for product by working with Procurement and in Epicor, marking up cost accordingly and communicating to the customer
- Review customer PO’s for accuracy in pricing, terms, shipping instructions and enter in Epicor
- Determine product needs based on backlog and forecast
- Communicate needs to Procurement and approve the placement of PO’s
- Track components and request jobs once received
- Communicate priorities to Manufacturing and Test
- Review backlog and allocate open orders upon the ship date noted in Epicor and when product is in finished goods
- Request forecast from customers and sales people monthly
- Update forecast in Epicor
- Advise Procurement of any components that need to be ordered
- Maintain and update customer details such as Ship via, Manifest Info, Third Party Shipping Account
- Respond to customer queries and provide back-up when necessary
- Support Sales Staff and Rep Companies
- Review RMA request from customer and enter into system
- Determine if RMA should be issued and the correct cost to be credited
- Generate a replacement sales order if required
- Notify Quality of the issuance of the RMA and if a Failure Analysis is required
- Track receipt of RMA and failure analysis preparation
- Provide the Initial, Interim and/or final failure analysis document to the customer
- Prepare Engineering documentation
- Prepare qualifications of new product for customers
- Review customer specification with FAE
- Determine best PNY product to submit for qualification
- Enter Evaluation order in Epicor
- Continue process by Planning, Shipping and Following up
- Heavy e-mail correspondence
- Assist in other areas, as assigned
Salary : $58,100 - $73,500
