Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' homes or businesses
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with the necessary products
- Assemble and install electrical and refrigerated equipment as needed
- Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a delivery vehicle
Experience:
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with equipment repair is a plus
- Familiarity with electrical systems and appliances is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and navigate stairs when necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
