Experienced Sales Manager

SUMMARY

Pohanka Kia of Salisbury is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. If you have prior experience leading successful automotive sales teams, enjoy developing people, and are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk to you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive overall sales performance by coaching and leading a team of sales professionals

• Set and track monthly sales targets and team goals

• Work closely with the BDC and marketing teams to generate showroom traffic

• Support the team by desking deals, reviewing pricing strategies, and managing inventory

• Ensure adherence to dealership sales processes and customer satisfaction goals

• Assist with hiring, training, and developing sales staff

• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high CSI scores

• Promote and maintain a positive team culture focused on growth and accountability

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Prior automotive sales management experience (min. 2 years preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for coaching and mentoring sales staff

• Professional appearance and work ethic

• High level of self-motivation and drive

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license
