Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a passion for technology and its application in sales and marketing. This role is crucial in supporting the optimization of our CRM systems, telecommunications infrastructure—including Twilio—and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of systems administration and analytics, with specialized skills in CRM management, VoIP phone systems, Twilio API integration, and data analytics. A key aspect of this role involves critical reporting and data mining to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Be the single point of contact for application / toolset challenges within the sales and marketing team and coordinate with the necessary groups / organization to resolve challenges
  • Handle inbound reporting requests, including the development and conceptualization of outputs, which may require manual elements when the path to automation isn't clear.
  • Determine data sources and methods of collection for reporting needs and recommend operational changes to deliver the necessary outputs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide analytical insights into CRM data & Telephony data.
  • Understand and support optimize Sales Team’s toolset including integrations

  • Support stringent security protocols across all systems to safeguard customer and company data.
  • Offer technical support and training on CRM and analytics tools, tailored to sales and marketing functions.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, identifying and resolving issues before they impact business operations.
  • Support data-based QA operations audits to ensure the continued appropriate use of existing system configurations.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements, particularly those beneficial to sales and marketing strategies.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise and experience in Salesforce CRM platform with a focus on sales and marketing functionalities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of VoIPphone system configurations.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and their application in sales and marketing.
  • Experience with writing, running, and troubleshooting SQL queries, including but not limited to Salesforce's SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheet based reporting including pivot tables
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, catering to a diverse sales and marketing team.
  • Independent worker and collaborative team player.
  • Relevant certifications are desirable.
  • Preferred but not required Qualifications :
  • Experience with AWS Connect Telephony Platform.

  • Experience with Twilio services for innovative customer interaction and engagement.
