Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with a passion for technology and its application in sales and marketing. This role is crucial in supporting the optimization of our CRM systems, telecommunications infrastructure—including Twilio—and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of systems administration and analytics, with specialized skills in CRM management, VoIP phone systems, Twilio API integration, and data analytics. A key aspect of this role involves critical reporting and data mining to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the enhancement of our Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
- Be the single point of contact for application / toolset challenges within the sales and marketing team and coordinate with the necessary groups / organization to resolve challenges
- Handle inbound reporting requests, including the development and conceptualization of outputs, which may require manual elements when the path to automation isn't clear.
- Determine data sources and methods of collection for reporting needs and recommend operational changes to deliver the necessary outputs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide analytical insights into CRM data & Telephony data.
- Understand and support optimize Sales Team’s toolset including integrations

Requirements :
Experience with AWS Connect Telephony Platform.
