Point of Hope offers specialized facility-based programs for persons with severe and profound intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, other neurological impairments, those with other types of special needs, and an Acquired Brain Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury (ABI/TBI) program.
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk Monday - Friday and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical task.
As an essential position within our organization, our Receptionist is the first point of contact for our visitors. The Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. The Receptionist will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. The Receptionist should also possess the ability to multitask, complete administrative duties in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Ultimately, the selected individual will ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
