Description:
Our Sales Development Representatives (Remote) are on the front line of our business model. The SDRs specialize in making meaningful connections with the individuals and businesses that will feed our clients’ growth. The SDRs are on the phones generating and securing leads, speaking to customers about our clients’ exciting products, exceeding sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service that blows our clients and their customers away.
Schedule:
We are hiring full-time employees with daytime availability, during regular business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm EST). All operations are conducted on Eastern Standard Time (EST). The scheduling structure is subject to change based on the needs of our clients. This role is fully remote.
Essential Duties:
- Participate in inbound and outbound calling campaigns to generate and qualify leads, conduct sales and product presentations, and meet sales goals
- Manage, track and follow-up with leads by phone or email
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals as determined by our clients
- Adhere to quality standards and pass all call monitoring audits with a score of 98% or higher
Key Requirements:
- Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic and excited to work with people
- Must execute quick and accurate data entry and note-taking skills
- Must have technological literacy with basic telephone, computer and internet products
- Must have ability to learn, master and communicate new organizations, products and services to customers
- Must be comfortable making calls through entire shift
- Must demonstrate independence and productivity in a fully remote role
- Must be able commit to regular business hour operations (9:00am - 5:00pm EST)
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior sales, call center, or customer service experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply
Work from Home Requirements:
- You will need a computer (MS Windows 10 or newer), a headset with a microphone, and high-speed internet connectivity. Internet speed must be at least 3 MBPS.
- Employees must ensure they are able to provide a quiet, distraction-free workspace, in a secure environment to protect confidential client information.
- Employees must be able commit to regular business hour operations (9:00am - 5:00pm EST) in a fully remote capacity.
