Job Title: Process Control Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Process Control Technician to uphold the highest standards of quality across all production departments. In this role, you will implement quality practices and systems, validate processes, document findings, and train staff to ensure consistent production quality.
Education:
- Associate's degree in Quality Systems or Process Control preferred OR equivalent experience.
- ASQ certification as a Quality Control Technician preferred OR equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of hands-on experience as a Process Control Technician or Quality Coach, preferably in a printing or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Production Control Coordinator, SQF Practitioner, Customer Service Manager, Plant Manager, and production staff to review and validate quality processes and systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality processes by production staff.
- Oversee calibration and effectiveness of measurement and testing equipment.
- Contribute to achieving quality assurance operational objectives through data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in conducting hazard analyses, identifying critical control points, establishing preventive measures, and monitoring procedures.
- Verify quality controls and conduct audits.
- Address customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Provide training to operators on essential quality processes and ensure accurate documentation of quality checks.
- Conduct program audits and surveillance to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Promptly report any actual or potential food safety issues to management.
- Perform additional duties assigned by upper management.
