Polymer Corporation is a growing $28 million manufacturer of custom plastic parts for blue-chip customers nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant for our Rockland MA facility.
Accounting Assistant
Duties include:
- Process Accounts Payable – matching / data entry / check processing
- Assist with Accounts Receivable – deposits / data entry
- File Accounting documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in an accounting role or equivalent position with A/P and A/R experience
- Experience with a manufacturing company strongly desired but not required
- Experience in use of ERP system (Syteline) is a plus!
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
