Wages:
- Starting at $19.50/hour
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of customer service, dispatch, administration, or hospitality experience required; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
- Requires knowledge of the local area roads and landmarks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to relate to employees and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to recognize and define problem areas, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Requires basic computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.

- Establish check-in times, organize manifest, and ensure drivers sundry items for the day.
- Interface with drivers
- Pay attention to detail on special instructions
- Monitor community events and road closures, traffic, and take action to ensure timely service.
- Update vendors with lunch orders and admissions.
- Update the reservations system.
