We are seeking motivated, competitive, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Interns for the 2026 season.
Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Intern, you will be responsible for generating new business by connecting directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. This is a performance-based role designed for individuals who want real-world sales experience, unlimited earning potential, and the opportunity to develop leadership and communication skills.
Start dates are flexible anytime between March and October, depending on availability.
Compensation:
- 25% commission on all closed sales
- Unlimited earning potential

Responsibilities:
- Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach
- Educate homeowners on Pomp’s Exterior Services offerings
- Generate leads and close sales
- Accurately record customer information and sales details
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

- Comfortable working outdoors and independently

- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
