$90K-100K POSITION

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively manage and lead a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.  
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Employee Relations: 

* Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. * Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a timely and fair manner. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. * Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Performance Management: 

* Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. * Train managers on effective performance management techniques and provide ongoing support and guidance.* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.* Assist in the development of employee development plans and career progression opportunities. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

Training and Development: 

* Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. * Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various topics, such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and compliance* Support managers in the development of their teams through coaching and mentoring. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements. Compliance: 

* Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. * Stay informed about changes in labor laws and update HR policies and practices accordingly. * Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to HR processes and procedures. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications: 

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Master's degree in HR or an HR-related certification is a plus. * Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. * In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.* Education and/or experience * Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience preferred or seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. certificates, licenses, registrations * Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.

Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, on occasion. The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
