Position Overview:
- As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining pools to the highest standards, ensuring that our clients can enjoy a clean and safe swimming environment.
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine pool maintenance, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections.
- Light Troubleshooting and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automated control systems.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain a well-organized schedule.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in pool technology.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred, but we offer training for motivated individuals.
- Knowledge of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and perform manual labor as needed.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
- Valid CA Driver’s License.
Compensation:
Pay will be discussed upon interview.
