Financial Controller
Salary range $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience

At Pop! Promos, we work in a fast-paced, team-first environment that celebrates milestones and encourages team cohesion with after-hours events such as happy hours, bowling and similar activities.
As a Financial Controller, you'll be at the forefront, shaping and driving the financial controls of the company while uncovering cost improvement opportunities. Reporting directly to the CFO, your input and managerial financial analysis will be relied upon by the entire management team, as well as the broader company.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days work from home per week). Our newly renovated office is in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accuracy of all accounting software data, supported by a timely month end close.
- Enforce financial controls and provide related reporting with associated analysis and relevant actionable feedback
- Manage the ongoing AR/AP processes
- Manage and lead direct reports
- Support cross departmental initiatives with reporting and quantitative analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years in a financial, accounting or similar role
- Highly organized with project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful format
- Advanced skill level with Excel
- High attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and present to groups of team members
- Ability to work cross-departmentally to control costs and drive savings
- Foundational knowledge of GAAP requirements
