Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager ensures that all Popeyes operational standards governing food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness, security, employee appearance and conduct are adhered to. Two other important functions are soliciting customer feedback and resolving customer complaints. The Assistant Manager oversees shift procedures for opening, operating and closing restaurants.
