Job Title: Office Manager

FLSA Status: Full-time, Non-exempt
Salary: $48,500-72,500 per year
Expected Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Overview: The Office Manager provides high-level administrative support to the executive staff, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative functions. This position serves as a key point of coordination across departments, managing schedules, preparing correspondence and reports, supporting meetings and events, and overseeing general office operations. The Office Manager plays a vital role in maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational effectiveness while anticipating the needs of executive leadership.
Education and Experience:
Required
- High School diploma, or GED equivalency.
- Minimum of five years of experience in administrative or clerical field.
Preferred
- Employment experience in a government entity.
- Customer service experience.
- Spanish language fluency.
- Associate degree in an administrative, government, or related field.
Licenses, Certifications & Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid Washington state driver’s license, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
- Meet the minimum Motor Vehicle Standards of Port’s auto insurance carrier.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and medical examination.
- Must be able to pass background check.

Full-time employees receive 22 days of PTO per year, and 12 paid holidays.
