What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistics Coordinator position at Porta Kleen?
Under the direction of the Logistics Manager and with safety, efficiency and customer service a priority, the Logistics Coordinator (H) is accountable performing Logistics functions in a manner that will ensure prompt, efficient delivery of Porta Kleen services to its customers.

Required Experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer incoming customer calls and direct to appropriate party as needed.
- Provide backup assistance for Routing and Dispatching Functions.
- Sanitation and Hydro Excavation Divisions
- Aid drivers with daily obstacles and problem solving.
- Complete after-hours hotel reservations.
- Conduct route research in Roadnet and Samsara systems.
- Other routing and dispatch functions as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle emergency responses to customer inquiries.
- Ensure all personnel and equipment issues are swiftly addressed.
- Has the authority to make unsupervised decisions consistent with the scope of responsibilities.

Required Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Business or Logistics preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in transportation, logistics or dispatch.
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent prioritization skills.
- High level organizational skills.
