Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Control and Production:
- Complete routine process checks throughout the production process;
- Inspect, test, and record raw materials, Work In Progress (WIP), and finished goods;
- Note, report, and hold deviations from Safe Quality Food (SQF), food safety, and product specifications and/or non-compliant product;
- Create Certificate of Analysis;
- Maintain and assist with development and improvement of Quality procedures, measuring, tracking and feedback systems, and reoccurring non-conformances.
Regulatory/Food Safety and Compliance:
- Coordinate microbiological testing;
- Maintain Calibration Program for equipment;
- Monitor GMP's sanitation, and food safety issues.
