Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This position involves working closely with patients, assisting with their needs, and supporting the chiropractor in delivering effective treatment plans.
Duties
- Provide exceptional patient service by greeting patients warmly and ensuring a comfortable environment.
- Conduct patient intake, including collecting medical histories and assessing patient needs.
- Assist in patient assessments by gathering relevant information and preparing patients for examinations.
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Support the chiropractor during treatments by preparing necessary equipment and ensuring that all tools are sanitized and ready for use.
- Document patient progress accurately in compliance with office protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk duties to ensure efficient office operations.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies as directed by the chiropractor.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient service and empathy.
- Ability to perform patient assessments effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
